Woke up and weighed in at 201, a one pound difference from the day before and a total of four pounds since I started. I'm starting to grow concerned about the detox and whether or not it is coming or will even come. I'm supposed to feel somewhat nauseated, light headed with a headache.
Anyhow, as I noted earlier, I am going to try the Mean Green another shot. It wasn't as bad this time, but yeah...still pretty disgusting. I'm hoping that its an acquired taste...but thank goodness for mouthwash.
